Level II

Public Forum Debate Intensive

Five 8-hour sessions, 8am-4pm

$895

Limit 18 students.

Includes snacks and lunch.

Recommended for Ages 12-17

Students will take their research, critical thinking, and debate technique to a new level in this intensive, week-long, full-day camp. Grads of the Level I Intensive camp will already have a solid foundation in the first half of the debate – Framework, Constructives, Rebuttals, and Crossfire. In Level II, we build on this by focusing on the second half of the debate – Summary, Grand Crossfire, and Final Focus. Most students don't have a strong grasp of what Summary and Final Focus are. We reveal and train you in the laser-focused techniques that will allow you to help the judge(s) digest and make sense of their flow, and give them the persuasive rationale they need to confidenly cast their ballot in your favor. (Continued.)
